1. Scope
These terms govern class bookings and product requests made through silviagyoga.knbdev.com, offered by [NOMBRE Y APELLIDOS DEL TITULAR] (Tax ID [NIF]).
2. Class bookings
- A free account is required to book. Each booking secures a spot in the selected class until it is full.
- Booking closes 30 minutes before each class starts.
- You can change or cancel your booking from the schedule or “My account” up to 12 hours before it starts. After that, the spot remains assigned.
- The owner may cancel or change a class for good reason, notifying booked students by email.
- Class prices, passes and payment methods are explained at the studio or by direct contact before your first session.
3. Products
- Prices include VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are communicated before the order is confirmed.
- A request sent from the website is not binding: the contract is formed when the owner confirms availability, final price, payment and delivery, and you accept.
- “Made to order” products are produced after confirmation; the estimated time is given at that point.
4. Right of withdrawal
If you buy at a distance as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. Write to [EMAIL DE CONTACTO]; the product must be returned unused and in its packaging. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving it. Return costs are borne by you unless the product is faulty.
5. Guarantee
Products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish consumer law.
